The Brief
Céla engaged Hunter to develop a professional-grade, ultra-rich lip balm that would align with the brand’s high standards for clean beauty and deliver superior hydration, treatment, and plumping benefits. The objective was to create a formulation powered by Canadian botanicals that would address daily lip care needs while offering a luxurious, elevated experience.
Formulation
Crafted with a results-driven, clean, and ethical formulation philosophy, this high-performance lip balm combines botanical actives with advanced skin science. Shea, Avocado, and Moringa Butters deeply nourish and smooth, while Vitamin E and Arnica Montana offer antioxidant protection and soothing care. Peptides and amino acids naturally enhance lip volume and definition, and panthenol delivers lasting hydration and repair. The formula is vegan, cruelty-free, and free from parabens, sulfates, silicones, and artificial dyes.

Céla’s Perfect Plumping Lip Balm is housed in a sleek, recyclable 7.5ml screw-top laminate tube, thoughtfully chosen for its ability to balance sustainability, product protection, and user convenience.
